Once the paid subscription begins, we will charge the primary payment method at the start. Accounts in the autopay billing cycle are not charged once a month or at the end of the month. Instead, charges occur throughout the month and are mostly based on thresholds or the set amount of costs your account reaches. This amount triggers a charge, so you may be charged more than once a month.

In the Google Cloud console, go to the Manage Billing Accounts page. Select the name of the billing account you want to manage. Once you've moved all your data to Microsoft 365 Business Standard, you can safely cancel your G Suite account. Make sure to keep your domain registration active since you have the same domain name as before.

Note that you may not see Domain Registration in your Subscriptions list if your DNS host provider is not Google Domains. Google Workspace Supports Customer Compliance with U. S. regulations (HIPAA), which governs the protection, use and disclosure of protected health information (PHI).

To manage payment methods in the Google payment profile that is linked to your Cloud Billing account, you need permissions on both the Cloud Billing account and the Google payment profile. People outside your company can access your site, even without a Google Workspace account. Continuing with example 1, on March 10, the cumulative costs of Google Cloud meet or exceed the limit amount of the Cloud billing account. Google Workspace customers can access additional features for a limited promotional period.

You'll receive an automatic charge when your account costs reach your billing limit or after 30 days have passed since your last automatic payment, whichever comes first.
